rno us (hereinafter, "rno us," "We," "Us," or "Our") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Messaging Privacy Policy.

By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these Terms, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with Us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution" section below.

By opting in, you also represent that your intent is to receive discounts, promotions, or updates—not to initiate litigation. If your intent is to bring legal claims, you agree to unsubscribe immediately and indemnify Us for any legal expenses arising from misuse.

These terms apply only to the Program and do not modify any other agreements or policies between you and rno us.


1. User Opt-In

You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS) from rno us, including cart reminders and order updates, at the phone number you provide. These may include messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You agree that:

  • You are the authorized user of the phone number provided

  • Messages may be delivered at any time, including outside of normal hours

  • Messages may be delivered using third-party services (e.g., Postscript)

  • You accept electronic delivery of required legal information

2. User Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, reply with STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from Us. You may receive one final confirmation message.

Other variations of these commands (e.g., “stop please”) may not be recognized, and we are not liable for opt-out failures caused by unrecognized keywords.

4. Program Description

The Program may include:

  • Promotions and marketing content

  • Checkout and cart reminders

  • Order confirmations, tracking, or shipping updates

  • Customer support and transactional communication


5. AI-Generated Message Content

From time to time, we may use AI to generate or help write message content. These tools do not make the AI providers responsible for the messages. You agree to our use of such tools in the messaging process.


6. Message Frequency, Cost, and Changes

You may receive messages on a periodic basis. We reserve the right to change the number or frequency of messages sent. Message and data rates may apply.


7. Support Instructions

For help with the Program, text HELP to the message number you received messages from or email [email protected]. This email cannot be used to opt out—you must follow the instructions above.


8. MMS Disclosure

If your phone does not support MMS, messages will be sent via SMS.


9–10. Disclaimer & Device Support

The Program is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for message delays or failures caused by carriers, network conditions, or device incompatibility. Not all devices or regions are supported.

12. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Program. If under 18, you must have parent or guardian permission. By opting in, you affirm you meet these requirements and are not prohibited by law from using such services.


13. Prohibited Content

You agree not to send or promote:

  • Fraudulent or defamatory content

  • Harassment, hate speech, or obscene material

  • Malware or illegal software

  • Health-related data protected by HIPAA/HITECH

  • Content prohibited by applicable laws


14. State-Specific Telemarketing Compliance

We strive to comply with relevant state laws (e.g., FL, OK, MD, NJ, VA). You may be considered a resident of a state based on your area code unless otherwise notified in writing.


15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

If you have a dispute with rno us, you agree to resolve it through individual arbitration, not in court or via class action. Before arbitration, you must first attempt informal resolution by sending a detailed written notice to:

You must wait 60 days for resolution before filing arbitration.

Arbitration will be conducted through New Era ADR, per their rules and procedures. Each party pays only what is required. The arbitrator may award the same remedies as a court, including attorney’s fees where applicable.

Class actions, collective actions, and jury trials are waived. Only individual claims are permitted.


16. Miscellaneous

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect. Updates to this Agreement may be made at any time and will be communicated to you. Your continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.


Appendix A: Do Not Call Policy – Text Messaging

In compliance with the TCPA and related laws, rno us maintains an internal Do Not Call list. We will not send promotional text messages without prior express written consent.

To opt out:

  • Text STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT

  • Or email us at [email protected] with your name and phone number

Once added to the Do Not Call list, your number will remain there unless you re-opt in.
